This mark is then subjected to aqua fortis (or nitric acid), a solution that quickly dissolves any material that isn’t gold. This test isn’t just for gold though; it’s equally effective in determining the authenticity of silver and platinum.
Weigh-In on State Certified Scale
Once your items have proven their mettle, they’re ready for the next step. Our representative will weigh your items on our state-certified scales, right before your eyes. The value is calculated based on karat, weight, and the day’s Precious Metals London Fix price. We then make our highest possible offer. But don’t worry, we’re not in the business of pressure tactics – if our offer isn’t accepted, we return your items in the same condition as we received them.
Swift Payment Process:
